As per request of our faithful readers (ok reader) we are happy to announce that we are no longer defined as rednecks due to the status of our shower. Yes, the cement held and the duct tape has been removed. We are now a 2 shower household again, much to everyone's delight. And we have photo evidence.....

Hope you used really STRONG cement, because I see that you do not have handicapped rails in the tub, so WHEN (or IF!)I get old, I'll have to use the soap dish to "pull up" on to get out of the tub.
