KP: Georgia

KP Writes:

Hello everyone. Sorry that it has been a while since we have updated. So much has happened in the last several weeks! We have been hitting the books with a vengence trying to finish up homeschool for the year. (We were out during the Intro internship) Now we are working diligently to complete everything before we start 'next year' in mid-August.

We closed on our house on Thursday before we drove back to GA on Friday. When we return we will paint and then begin the moving process...again. Look for our new contact information in our next newsletter. We would love for y'all to come and stay with us!

We returned to GA about 10 days ago. We have had a great time visiting with family and friends. We are just so sad that we cannot see everyone!! We have been able to go to our dentist (thank you Dr. Robinson) and get in for a check up with the doctor.

On our second day in Marietta, my sister-in-law gave birth to our newest nephew, Archer Wayne Williams. It was great to be in town for this special time.

The girls have had a chance to reconnect with friends and actually took a ballet class today. (the first time since December that they have been able to dance...thank you Ms. Kari!)

We have been able to cast vision and share what the Lord has been doing with several cell groups at RiverStone, friends and family. Our very first weekend home at a extended family cookout my brother-in-law prayed to receive Jesus as his Lord and Savior. Praise the Lord!!!

We have had numerous opportunities in partnership development and are praying that the Lord will open up opportunities for partners/supporters to make committments for monthly support. We know that our heavenly Father is faithful to provide for that which He has called.

Next week we will be attending our home church's Summer Youth Camp in Covington. The girls will be campers and Jeff and I will be counselors. This camp was started 40 years ago by several leaders who had vision for the passion that the Lord has for 12-18 year olds. I began attending in 1976 and was actually saved that year at camp. Pray that the Holy Spirit will have complete freedom and come in mighty power next week!!

There is so much more to say, but I will have to get back to you at a later time. Hopefully pictures will follow once I return to KC, MO.

Kristian
